COVID-19 Customer Service Announcement
State of California Executive Order N-33-20 identifies the spread of COVID-19 throughout California, necessitating more stringent guidance from federal, state and local public health officials. “Therefore, all individuals are required to stay at their place of residence...”
The Sacramento County Public Health Order Dated March 19, 2020, requires that all individuals are ordered to stay at home or place of residence with the exception of those that receive or provide essential services. Under Section 10, Item G, Number IX, “Plumbers, electricians, exterminators, and others who provide services that are necessary to maintaining safety, sanitation and essential operations of residences” fall within those companies identified to provide “essential services.” Therefore, we will be conducting limited operations as needed.
HOW WE ARE TAKING ACTION TO HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS AND RESPECT OUR CUSTOMERS
We require all of our staff to follow the CDC recommended guidelines for limiting the spread of the disease when interacting with the public:
- Do not show up to work when ill.
- Self-quarantine if exposed to someone with COVID-19.
- No shaking hands.
- Maintain 6 feet of social distance.
- Cough/sneeze into your elbow.
- Wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer often.
- Disinfect tools after finishing all work.
- Asking permission to enter homes to conduct work while maintaining 6 feet of social distance.
- When these items cannot be met, no work will be conducted.
WE NOW OFFER VIDEO WALK-THROUGH FOR OUR CLIENTS AND REALTORS
We understand that people are complying with the shelter in place orders and cannot have face-to-face contact during this time. In response to COVID-19, we are offering the option for a video call walk-through at the end of a repair job or inspection. We are available via FaceTime and other video chat options, or a simple old-fashioned phone call may also suffice. This is our effort to limit exposure, help keep more people safe, and to put your minds at ease.
We appreciate your business. If you need any other accommodations in these odd times, please feel free to let us know.
