Experience: Jim Spence has inspected over 2000 residential & modular homes throughout the greater Sacramento area. He has inspected over 300 pools/spas and has held certifications to perform HERS ratings, and home energy audits. Jim has been a successful owner and inspector of his own company for 6 years and has brought that experience with him to North American Home Services.

Don has 9 years combined years of experience as a State Licensed Termite & Home inspector. Don has inspected over 2000 homes throughout California. Don has hands on experience in construction and reconstruction estimates.

Inspector: Kelley Fulton

Years as Inspector: 6

Experience: Kelley has inspected over 1300 residential and commercial buildings throughout New England, Florida, Tennessee and California. Kelley has inspected homes listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The oldest home he has inspected was built in 1675.

Experience: James training and experience has culminated from a variety of disciplines including: construction, residential & commercial inspections, architectural and civil computer aided drafting projects. James was a successful inspection business owner prior to joining North American Home Services. In his spare time James loves spending time outdoors with his family.
